Things to know about registration for the annual meeting:

Registration: Up to three doctors and/or assistants can register per form (below).

State Seminar Schedule:

Meals: All registrations include all meals.

Registration Dates/Refunds: No refunds after April 1st. No registrations accepted after April 15th or at the door.

Washington Residents in Training: Can have registration fees waived - but you must register by April 1st.

Payment: After filling out the form below click "Submit" and proceed to online payment (through PayPal) using a PayPal account or ANY credit card.

WSPMA Business/Membership Meeting: Saturday from 10:15am - 12:45pm. You don't have to register to attend the membership meeting - please come!

Hotel Reservations: We are returning to the beautiful Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA. This fabulous facility is offering a group room rate of $175/night (mention Washington Podiatry Association). It is a wonderful family facility with large pool and indoor slides/workout facility. There are lovely walking/biking trails and weather permitting golf & tennis! Make your hotel reservations ASAP.
