The WSPMA 2019 Annual Conference is almost here, and we're excited to have your company join us as a sponsor and/or exhibitor! Please review the following information to ensure your preparedness for the event, and be sure to pass this message along to your company's on-site representative.


Directions to the Hotel Murano

The 2019 WSPMA Annual Conference is being held at the Hotel Murano in downtown Tacoma. 

Are you driving?

You will find the Hotel on the corner of Broadway and S 13th St. The hotel offers valet parking for $20 and there is a self-parking lot available at a rate of $16 per day.

Are you flying?

The Hotel Murano is less than an hour away from the SeaTac International Airport. The airport offers many options for rental cars (see above instructions). Or you may take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft for $42–$160.

Traffic Alert:There will be heavy traffic and road closures along Pacific Ave between S 9th Street and S 24th Street/Puyallup Ave from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 6.


Check-In, Set-Up, and Tear Down

Your exhibitor's kit, name badge, and conference program will be waiting for you at the registration desk, located on the first floor of the Hotel Murano. Please note that your name badge is required for all WSPMA events.

Your booth will be set up in either the Pavilion or the Rotunda. The Exhibit Hall Layout lists your booth number and where you will be setting up. A full layout of the hotel will be available in the conference program.

Set-Up Hours:

Thursday, April 4 | 4:00–7:00 PM
Friday, April 5 | 6:30–7:30 AM

Tear Down Hours:

To make the most of your and our attendees' experiences, we encourage exhibitors to staff their tables until after the final coffee break on Sunday morning. We want to give all attendees the opportunity to meet our exhibitors and discuss their products and services even during the final coffee break on Sunday morning.

Official tear-down time begins at 10:00 AM on Sunday.


Exhibition Schedule

Attendees are encouraged to visit exhibitors during all meals and break periods, and at a one-hour cocktail reception held each evening during the conference. All food and drink will be served in the exhibition area. Exhibitors are encouraged to staff their tables during all scheduled meals and breaks.

Security and Storage

Please note that some of the exhibit area cannot be locked and we cannot guarantee the security of your equipment. Conference organizers have very limited storage and will not be able to store boxes and other materials for exhibitors.


Passport to Prizes

Since it was such a big hit last year, we are hosting the Passport to Prizes program again this year!

How It Works:

All conference attendees will be given a "Passport" card, which they will carry with them during breaks for exhibitors to sign or stamp. When the card is turned in, participants will be entered into a prize drawing.

Your Role:

When attendees visit your table, be prepared to initial your company's labeled space on the Passport card. If your company has pledged a Passport prize, please bring it to the conference registration desk upon check-in.

Notice Regarding Outstanding Payment

If you have an outstanding sponsorship or exhibition invoice, please take a moment to finalize your payment before the conference by sending a check to the WSPMA address below, or calling our office to pay over the phone.
